The Centre for the Sustainable Practice in the Arts (CSPA) aims to position the arts and culture sector as a driver of sustainable societies by providing tools, research, educational resources, training, & consultation related to sustainable development.
What do we do?
Our offering includes:
Research & Publications: We publish, electronically and in print, associated research in this field to reflect the myriad ways in which sustainability in the arts is discussed, approached & practiced.
Tools & Resources: We provide carbon calculation and reporting tools for artistic and cultural organizations to record, measure and understand their environmental footprint. We share educational resources created in collaboration with partners.
Events: We organize convening that gather industry leaders, educators, students and general public to share ideas and celebrate the innovations on this topic.
